Bearing in mind the legal obligation arising from the provisions of the Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting the threat of sexual crime and protection of minors and the content of the United Nations Guidelines on Business and Human Rights, recognising the important role of business in ensuring respect for children's rights, JGT Majalis Sp. z o.o. We adopts the Standards for the Protection of Minors (also “SOM”, “Standards”).

In accordance with the adopted Standards of Protection of Minors, our employees are obliged to identify minors by checking an identity document, i.e. identity card, passport, school ID card. Persons who are not the parents of a minor and who have custody of him should be authorized to exercise custody of the minor.
