I. General Provisions

1. Staying at the Center means knowledge and acceptance of the following Regulations and sanitary safety policy.

2. Children and teenagers under 18 years of age are permitted only under the supervision of adults.

3. Persons not accommodated in the Center and staying in it after 22.00 are obliged to leave it immediately.

4. On the territory of the Center it is forbidden to conduct any trade, gambling, promotional and advertising activities without the consent of the Center Manager.

5. The resort DOES NOT allow the organization of bachelor and hen parties, as well as other mass meetings, on the territory of the resort and beach.

6. The Resort is not responsible for items left or lost by the Guests on the premises of the Resort.

II. Accommodation rules

1. Guests can use accommodation in the Resort: in cottages, in accordance with the price list of services and conditions of booking, as well as sanitary safety policy.

2. The hotel day lasts from 15.00 to 11.00 the next day.

3. All persons entering the Centre in order to use accommodation are obliged to:

- registration on the basis of a valid identity document,

- payment of fees for the stay in the Resort according to the Price List,

- leaving a refundable deposit of: PLN 300/cottage, which will be returned on the day of departure, after passing the cottage, provided that the guests complied with the rules of stay.

The Leisure Centre Manager reserves the right to change the amount of the refundable deposit without giving a reason.

4. From 22.00 to 6.00 in the morning the resort is closed. Arrivals and departures during these hours should be agreed individually with the Reception.

5. The transfer and passing of the cottage takes place in the presence of the staff of the Center.

6. Please take special care in closing windows and doors when leaving the cottage.

7. In cottages it is forbidden in particular:

- smoking tobacco,

- the use of playing equipment outside the cottage, also applies to the terrace.

- take items from the cottage which constitute its equipment (e.g. furniture, blankets, bedding), with the exception of the BEACH BLANKET and DECK CHAIR.

- leaving unattended wires and electrical appliances under voltage.

III. Regulations of order

1. Staying on the premises of the Center obliges to behave in a manner that does not threaten the safety of: own, other Guests, and property of the Center.

2. Please keep the night quiet from 22.00 to 07.00 in the morning.

3. Persons disturbing peace and order in the Center may be removed without the right to any compensation.

4. First Aid Kit is located at the Reception.

5. Before check-out, the occupied house should be cleaned (wash dishes, remove bed linen, remove) and take the garbage to the dumpster located near the parking lot.

6. Damages caused by the fault of the Guests shall be settled on site. If it is not possible to determine the cost of repair at the time of damage, it is allowed to make a valuation of the damage within 7 days. In this case, a protocol of destruction must be drawn up.

7. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to persons:

- under the visible influence of alcohol or narcotic drugs,

- who behave aggressively, in a manner generally considered vulgar,

- which did not inform the management about the organization of organized events (bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, the end of the football season, the end of school), etc.

- who have pronounced signs of illness, i.e. high temperature, persistent cough, difficulty breathing (a person with the symptoms described above will be asked to visit the nearest infectious department as soon as possible, by own transport, to consult a doctor or contact the relevant services - National Health Health Hotline 800 190 590)

IV. Vehicle parking rules

1. Parking only in parking spaces designated for this purpose. It is forbidden to enter the green areas of the Centre.

2. Parking in the Centre is an unguarded car park.

3. The resort is not responsible for the vehicles left or the property in them.

V. Rules for the stay of animals

1. On holidays and so-called long weekends (May Day, Corpus Christi) we do not accept animals.

VI. Final provisions

1. Guests using the services of the Center undertake not only to comply with the provisions of these Regulations and the sanitary safety policy, but also the health and safety regulations, as well as the instructions of the management and service of the Center.

2. All possible complaints for improper services should be reported directly to the reception of the Center. Complaints filed after the end of the benefit may not be addressed.
